Who You'll Work With

As a key member of our Atlanta team, you will lead various initiatives to enhance internal engagement among our colleagues. You will work closely with the Office Managing Partner and the Manager of Strategy & Operations to design and execute pivotal events that bring our team together, such as leadership meetings, connectivity events, Values Day, Day of Service, holiday parties and partner events. Your influence will extend beyond Atlanta, as you will promote our office’s initiatives across our North American locations. You will be at the forefront of our innovative engagement strategies, ensuring they make a distinctive impact. In this dynamic and high-pressure environment, you will demonstrate proactive strategic thinking and creative problem-solving while managing multiple tasks within tight deadlines. This role offers you the opportunity to acquire new skills and further develop your existing strengths within the firm.

Your impact within our firm

This involves providing expertise, advice, and leadership to event leaders and teams on all aspects of an event’s life cycle, including communications and ensuring compliance with firm guidelines. You will lead the design and execution of large office-wide marquee events throughout the year, such as Partner Meetings, Office Retreats, Values Day, Day of Service, holiday parties, and alumni events. Additionally, you will oversee office connectivity activities, including socials, happy hours, summer picnics, small group dinners, and interest groups.
Maintaining strong vendor relationships to ensure excellent service and value-oriented contracts will be a key part of your role. You will collaborate with other teams to create synergies, leverage resources, and determine the appropriate level of services for efficiency.
