Your qualifications and skills
- Undergraduate degree in engineering, management, economics, science, political sciences or other discipline with a quantitative focus; advanced degree related to energy a plus
- 1+ years of work experience in oil & gas upstream, power, and/or natural gas a plus
- Strong proficiency in modeling capability tools such as Python or R; familiarity with Tableau and Excel preferred
- Ambition to work in a fast-paced, result-oriented team with steep learning curve and strong commitment to coaching and development
- Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
- Demonstratable interest and passion for the energy sector
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively with people at all levels in an organization
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English
