Senior Delivery Manager

You will be based in our McKinsey office in Johannesburg, as part of our delivery assurance offering, working closely and in partnership with client's senior management and their specialist departments.

• 8+ years of experience in project management some coming from a consulting environment with high problem solving ability.
• Proven experience delivering and execution business transformation projects such as: turnaround, restructuring, capability buidling, organisational structure, and setting up a Transformation office
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering or similar field with strong record of academic achievement
• Demonstrated track record in one or more of the following key service offerings: organizational development (including org. design/set up, talent management, etc.), transformational delivery (driving large transformational programs), and productivity and performance improvement
• Experience developing business unit strategy and leading large- scale change programs, preferably while establishing strong relationships with senior clients
  
• Experience using project management frameworks including but not limited to Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Prince 2, Lean etc.
• You have experience in leading people and building teams, empowering team members to achieve impact
• You enjoy the flexibility and agility that is required in a consulting environment
• You are experienced in conducting workshops and coaching sessions
  
• You are driven by creating long-lasting impact and enjoy leading teams to achieve results
