Your qualifications and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Proven experience (9+ years) in product management roles, with a focus on enterprise software, identity management, or security solutions
- Strong technical background and understanding of identity and access management concepts, including authentication, authorization, and identity governance
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
- Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and executing successful product strategies, driving innovation, and delivering business results
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and market insights to make informed decisions and prioritize product initiatives
- Experience working in agile development environments and familiarity with product management tools and methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, JIRA)
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or PMP; experience with specific IGA tools (e.g., SailPoint, Okta, etc.); previous experience in a migration or transformation project
