- University degree; preference in an area relevant to the public and social sector
- 1+ years of research or analytics experience
- Broad understanding in and passion for the public and social sector globally and locally
- Solid understanding of economic, financial, and general business concepts and terminology
- Advanced Excel skills
- Familiarity with core statistical concepts (e.g., correlation, regressions, confidence intervals, etc.)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively with people at all levels in an organization
- Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively
- US citizenship required

Factors like your office location, your unique blend of experience and skills, start date and our current organizational needs all play a part in determining the final figure. Certain roles are also eligible for bonuses, subject to McKinsey's discretion and based on factors such as individual and/or organizational performance.
