Your qualifications and skills
- Undergraduate degree; degree in business administration, analytics, management, or human resources a plus
- 1+ years of work experience; in human resources or working within analytics, operations and/or organizational change topics a plus
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with an interest to build on programming capabilities a plus
- Ambition to work in a fast-paced, result-oriented team with steep learning curve and strong commitment to coaching and development
- Comfortable with problem solving in both conceptual (qualitative) and analytical (quantitative) topics
- Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively with people at all levels in an organization
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English

Factors like your office location, your unique blend of experience and skills, start date and our current organizational needs all play a part in determining the final figure. Certain roles are also eligible for bonuses, subject to McKinsey's discretion and based on factors such as individual and/or organizational performance.
