Who You'll Work With
You will be based in our London office as part of Orphoz, working closely and in partnership with clients' senior management and their specialist departments.

Your impact within our firm
You will work largely in the private sector and concentrate on delivering and implementing large scale transformation projects.
In this role, you will support the implementation of business change programs to ensure that they are delivered fully and consistently across organisations. You will implement transformation projects across sectors, ensuring long term project success.
You will manage workstreams largely independently with the support of a senior consultant and senior manager. As you gain experience, you will gradually assume responsibility for delivering parts of the projects yourself. You will successfully hold client meetings and workshops to achieve the project's objectives. You will drive change and execute initiatives successfully, coaching clients across organisations.

Your qualifications and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or similar with a strong record of academic achievement
- 2+ years project management or project delivery in project management office (PMO) transformation projects such as setting up a Transformation Office (TO)
- Solid stakeholder management, process management, analytical, modelling and structureed problem solving skills
- Good evidence of building strong relationships through effective communication, delivering tailored solutions with strategic insights, and leveraging deep expertise to ensure lasting client impact
- Experience project manaing the delivery / execution of at least one large scale transformation project in the private sector
- Proficient use of MS Office products including Excel and PowerPoint
- Proactive professional with entrepreneurial drive spirit, keen to learn and wants accelerated growth
- Flexibility and agility that is required in a consulting environment
- Fluent and effective communication skill in English (verbally and in writing)
- Hybrid working with flexibility to travel
