The Director, T&D Planning and Operations is responsible for the support and execution of the CIO strategic plan and related priorities both in terms of providing strategic guidance and driving/supporting the implementation of key initiatives.

Who You'll Work With

You will work with our Chief Information Officer (CIO) who leads our Technology and Digital (T&D) organization and her direct reports. You will be a strategic thinker and operational doer who plans and directs all administrative, financial, and operational activities for the CIO.
You will work in close collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders within and outside of the broader tech organization such as other business unit operations leaders, finance, talent, procurement, GenAI leadership, etc., to ensure consistency in our planning and financial processes as well as make sure priorities reflect the firm-wide strategy.
You will be sharp, analytical, and comfortable creating structure to meet objectives in a sometimes-ambiguous environment. In this role, you will have the ability to multi-task and deliver on several projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.

Your impact within our firm

You will work across T&D to ensure teams define and measure objectives, KPIs, and outcomes for all deliverables. You will be known for your strategic thinking skills, ability to manage internal processes, and collaboration across multiple departments to prioritize organizational needs.
This role represents a unique opportunity to advance strategic planning and advisory skills, enhance operations management, and understand how to develop and execute global strategies in a complex environment at the direction of senior leadership within the firm.
In partnership with CIO, your responsibilities will include:
  • Designing a T&D operating model for an engaged, participative core leadership team
  • Setting strategic priorities based on the Tech Ecosystem overall strategy and translating into actionable work plans
  • Managing the content, communications approach, and relevant performance and health dashboards
  • Shaping and preparing materials for key leadership discussions
  • Facilitating Businesses Stakeholders Summits
  • Executing on priorities by leading multi-faceted teams and central program management to deliver on decisions and track progress
  • Driving the agenda and priorities for the Technology and Digital working closely with domain leaders in a peer-like fashion and ensuring clear and explicit priorities are agreed upon
  • Coordinating the Technology and Digital portfolio of operational and strategic initiatives that are critical to the agenda in addition to ad hoc projects as needed (e.g., establishing a cohesive demand management approach); this includes full ownership of the annual budget process

Your qualifications and skills

  • 15+ years of relevant strategic business program management experience in a large, multi-location, global organization
  • 8+ years budget planning and performance management experience with KPIs translating to business goals
  • 5+ years managing cross-functional projects and disparate teams
  • Significant finance experience developing and overseeing budget, creating monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, and dashboards
  • Highly developed written and verbal communications skills
  • Proven track record of building effective relationships across multiple business areas, functions, geographies and cultures while serving as a key point of insight into their strategic perspectives and goals
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
