Your qualifications and skills
- Undergraduate degree required
- 5+ years or experience supporting senior leaders
- Outstanding administrative and organization skills including the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong ownership and proactivity evident through responsibility and accountability for end-product
- Highly professional presence on telephone, email, and all other work-related communications platforms
- Strong typing and proofreading skills; ability to produce typed documents quickly and accurately
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Attention to detail and confidentiality
- Comfortable working in a team setting with client service "can do" attitude
