Do you want to do work that matters, alongside supportive leaders who will help you grow faster than you ever thought possible? Are you a creative problem-solver who is energized by challenges? You’ve come to the right place.
Who You'll Work With
Visual Graphics & Media is our firm’s communications design department supporting all our consultants in creating impactful communications assets.
The Program Manager Chapter/team is organized to partner with leaders and teams to enable successful strategic execution by bringing a different pace and rhythm to program/initiative execution process. The Program office also identifies and captures value by enabling the organization to propel forward and instill a new culture of delivery.
Working within an empowered and driven Program Management team in the VG&M organization, you will play a central role focused on proactively driving the strategic execution by ensuring that the initiatives, workstreams and/or programs consistently deliver the business value.
You will work with a range of leadership members across impact levels and stakeholder groups.
Your impact within our firm
You will lead and manage complex VGM programs, with a focus on both technology and non-tech elements, as well as digital products. By collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, designers, user researchers, and data scientists, you will prioritize program goals that align with business objectives while keeping the customer at the forefront.
You will develop a thorough understanding of the strategy-to-execution process, engaging with transformation squads throughout both the strategic and execution phases.
As a program leader, you will oversee high-performing initiatives from start to finish, solving problems creatively, and co-developing strategies, tools, and techniques that help achieve organizational goals. This includes making trade-offs when necessary to ensure timely outcomes.
You will contribute to the development and execution of complex program roadmaps, ensuring agile principles and practices are successfully implemented across teams.
Collaboration will be key as you work with various teams to create structured, data-driven proposals. You'll communicate key decisions, track progress, and provide regular status updates to leadership. Additionally, you will document end-to-end processes, identify interdependencies, and support decision-making with factual, data-driven insights, both in daily operations and strategic planning.
