Who You'll Work With
In this 8-10 weeks summer internship program in Lisbon, you will experience our mission to carry through the most complex transformation projects for our clients.
You will join a team of consultants, managers and transformation experts, who will guide you on your tasks and support your development.
In Orphoz, we combine the advantages of a start-up and entrepreneurial set up, with the resources from McKinsey to develop projects and logistical support.
Your impact within our firm
You will support other consultants and managers in the design and implementation of the client´s transformation projects and support the execution of wide transformation programs in a variety of industries and project styles.
In this role, you will help other consultants in follow-up tasks related to transformation. You will also manage specific tasks of a project workstreams with the support of a consultant.
McKinsey believes in strengths-based development and coaching, and you’ll receive frequent mentoring from colleagues. This will include colleagues from Orphoz who will help you grow and achieve your career goals.
You will also contribute to the development of Orphoz through participation in internal projects.
Your qualifications and skills
- Bachelor’s degree, master's degree or MBA in progress or completed
- Ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization
- Motivation towards the flexibility and agility that is required in a consulting environment
- Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
- Fluent and effective communication skills in Portuguese and English (verbally and in writing)
