Your qualifications and skills
- Bachelor’s degree; master’s degree in business, operations, or other analytical field preferred
- 4+ years’ experience in business, consulting, research, or quantitative fields
- Deep understanding of analytic tools & problem-solving toolkit
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across functions at all organizational levels
- Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively - both verbally and in writing
- Comfort with navigating ambiguous situations with thoughtfulness and pragmatism
- Strong problem solving, structuring, communications and client service capabilities
- Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

Factors like your office location, your unique blend of experience and skills, start date and our current organizational needs all play a part in determining the final figure. Certain roles are also eligible for bonuses, subject to McKinsey's discretion and based on factors such as individual and/or organizational performance.
