Who You'll Work With
You will be based in our Wroclaw office as part of our Client Capabilities Network. You will be a member of our Pharma Operations Benchmarking (POBOS) team. This group offers a broad range of pharma benchmarking services that cover drug product and drug substance production, quality, supply chain and other areas of pharma operations.

Our more than 8,000 client capabilities professionals across the globe work alongside our consultants to deliver Change that Matters to our clients. They support our consultant teams, both remotely and at client sites, in an agile and targeted way. Further, they are core to our firm’s R&D, developing new knowledge and building and refining proprietary capabilities (e.g., assets, data sets), as well as curating, managing, and maintaining them. Our portfolio includes state-of-the-art research, asset-backed and rapid diagnostics, benchmarking, and workflow support. Our professionals have deep expertise and can apply a broad range of methodologies for specialized on-demand analyses.
Your impact within our firm
You will support an agile development and rollout of a state-of-the-art digital platform for benchmarking projects across industries.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting a Product Owner in their day-to-day work including full set of agile meetings. Throughout the work, you’ll collaborate with software development team, IT security department, current platform users and support future new client development efforts.
You will also have a chance to develop an understanding of operational excellence and benchmarking processes.
This internship program will enhance your professional and personal development through mentoring and coaching sessions with tenured colleagues. This will last up to 12 months with a minimum of 25 work hours per week. You will have the opportunity for a permanent role depending on the success of your internship and open roles at the time.
Your qualifications and skills
- University student in the 3rd-4th year with studies in mathematics, engineering, statistics, computer science, business engineering or similar field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, basic knowledge of Python and/or VBA is a big plus
- Knowledge of agile product development principles and product lifecycle management
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Collaborative and energetic attitude
- Intellectual curiosity and willingness to work in an international environment.
- Fluent in English
