Your qualifications and skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in conducting investigations and supporting a global program
- Experience engaging with and providing written and verbal findings and recommendations to leadership on complex technical investigations related to insider risk
- Demonstrated expertise in investigative analysis, including signal from a wide range of security tooling, correlation of logs from multiple data sources and review of forensic/endpoint artifacts
- Preferred hands-on experience with data loss prevention and insider threat tools
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies in order to further organizational goals
- Ability to deliver results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain the highest professional standards regarding personal conduct while performing work

For new joiners for this role in Canada and/or the United States, including all office locations where the job may be performed, a reasonable estimated range is $103,100 - $169,200 in USD and $125,600 - $157,000 in CAD — to help you understand what you can expect. This reflects our best estimate of the lowest to highest salary for this role at the time of this posting, ensuring you have a clear picture right from the start, though it's important to remember that actual salaries may vary. Factors like your office location, your unique blend of experience and skills, start date and our current organizational needs all play a part in determining the final figure. Certain roles are also eligible for bonuses, subject to McKinsey's discretion and based on factors such as individual and/or organizational performance.
