- 7+ years work experience, with at least 3 to 5 in social responsibility or related fields and/or consulting
- Ability to take ownership or and drive ambiguous workstreams independently
- Strong communications skills, both with respect to page-making as well as verbal and other written communications
- Strong project management skills
- Comfort with basic analytics (e.g., pivot tables, xlookup, summarizing YoY trends) and drawing actionable insights from a quantitative fact base
- Bias towards action
- Collaborative work style
- Attention to detail and quality
