Your qualifications and skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certification is a plus
- 7+ years of experience in contingent labor program support in procurement (preferred)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize external worker operations and support business goals
- Oversee the outsource MSP the vendor performance, delivery, contract negotiations, and compliance
- Leader in industry trends and best practices in contingent workforce management and use this knowledge to drive continuous improvement
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and effectiveness of the contingent workforce program
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across functions at all organizational levels
- Ability to manage multiple points of view and perspectives towards syndicated solution. Results oriented, highly equipped at delivering measurable outcomes and overcoming challenges
- Experience influencing senior leadership in a consensus-based culture, able to drive change, meet deadlines, and inspire confidence among senior leadership

Factors like your office location, your unique blend of experience and skills, start date and our current organizational needs all play a part in determining the final figure. Certain roles are also eligible for bonuses, subject to McKinsey's discretion and based on factors such as individual and/or organizational performance.
