As an assistant, you will play a critical role in enabling the success of our leaders, including partners, by providing exceptional administrative support in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. In this role, you will serve as a trusted collaborator to colleagues, managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, and facilitating communication with clients and internal teams. You will be part of a collaborative Global Administrationteam based in Bengaluru, Chennai and Gurugram, benefiting from in-person learning and camaraderie while supporting colleagues virtually across regions.
Executive Assistant: Build long-term relationships with executive-level colleagues, learning their preferences and providing tailored support to help them succeed.

Your qualifications and skills
- University degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in roles involving complex calendar management, travel coordination, and scheduling across time zones.
- Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level – CEFR or equivalent) for verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and generative AI for scheduling, communication, and task management, with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and systems
- Ability to handle high-volume email correspondence, draft professional responses, and manage follow-ups with discretion.
- Strong customer service orientation, demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and discretion in building trust-based relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
- Collaborative mindset, working effectively across teams, regions, and levels of seniority to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Self-motivated and driven, taking ownership of tasks and seeking opportunities to add value and improve processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to prioritize demands effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational excellence, ensuring accuracy and structure in all tasks.
- Professional presence and polished communication skills, representing senior leaders with confidence, discretion, and tact.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid setup, with increased in-office presence during onboarding.
