In this role, you will deliver specialized expertise within the People & Organizational Performance practice in North America, and serve as a trusted advisor across a broad set of clients.

Your qualifications and skills
- Bachelor degree with 4+ years work experience or advanced degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology (or related field) with 2+ years work experience in relevant field required
- Strong base of expertise and consulting experience in topics related to human capital, organization design and development, strategic workforce and operational planning
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate/present effectively to senior level stakeholders
- Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively and evidence of business acumen
- Solid evidence of problem solving skills including the ability to analyze and synthesize information to develop hypotheses and actionable recommendations within your focused area of expertise
- Ability to communicate effectively–both verbally and in writing–in English as well as the local office language (if applicable)
- Ability to travel up to 80%

For new joiners for this role in the United States, including all office locations where the job may be performed, a reasonable estimated range is $192,000 - $192,000 USD —to help you understand what you can expect. This reflects our best estimate of the lowest to highest [salary/hourly wages] for this role at the time of this posting, ensuring you have a clear picture right from the start, though it's important to remember that actual salaries may vary. Factors like your office location, your unique blend of experience and skills, start date and our current organizational needs all play a part in determining the final figure. Certain roles are also eligible for bonuses, subject to McKinsey's discretion and based on factors such as individual and/or organizational performance.
