Your Impact

You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the Spendscape solution.
In this role, you will operate as the lead point of contact for best practices in deployment and adoption of Spendscape with a particular focus on the early deployment, training and adoption phases of the solution. You'll partner with the Spendscape service delivery team and McKinsey’s consulting service teams to deploy Spendscape, deliver ongoing adoption activities and provide ad-hoc advisory services.
You will be responsible for advising clients and consulting service teams on key configuration choices for the Spendscape solution deployment. You'll manage and lead internal teams and clients to ensure fit-for-purpose and high-quality configuration, and you'll support the development and delivery of training to foster client adoption of Spendscape.
You'll have the opportunity to develop a trusted adviser relationship with internal and external stakeholders and will be responsible for the initial and ongoing commercial management of the client account which may require you to respond to proposal requests. You'll develop and deliver in-person or remote post-sales activities such as demonstrations, workshops, forums, events, etc.
You'll maintain knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings, and you'll contribute ideas for new product and service development, marketing and communication initiatives and operational improvement.

Your Growth

You’ll be based in Mexico City or Monterrey office working with clients and the global Spendscape team of software, analytics and procurement experts.
Spendscape, a McKinsey company, is McKinsey’s service line that brings technology and services to our clients to drive spend transparency, spend and cost analytics, and value-capture management. We are part of McKinsey’s global Client Capabilities Network, which includes more than 1,800 knowledge professionals who work alongside our consultants and clients to generate distinctive insights and proprietary knowledge.
You will be joining a fast-growing team in the procurement arena and taking cutting edge technology solutions to clients. Spendscape infuses best-in-class technology and AI-based analytics with deep supply-market and category-sourcing expertise.

Your qualifications and skills

  • Undergraduate degree with an excellent academic record; graduate degree or MBA is a plus
  • 4+ years of experience in a Client/Customer Success role or similar; consulting experience is highly desirable
  • Understanding and/or experience in managing large-scale change-management or transformation programs in an international context
  • Special interest in program and change management, digital learning platforms, data analytics and working capital/cash management is a plus
  • Ability to be stand-alone in senior client settings
  • Good relationship management skills; ability to manage contacts throughout internal and client organizations
  • Strong problem solving skills; ability to multi-task whilst keeping attention to detail
  • High energy team player; ability to rally support from multiple resources
  • Clear oral and written communication skills to present and discuss complex value propositions to client senior executives
  • Fluency in English
