Your Impact
The Office Services Coordinator performs a variety of administrative activities that collectively contribute to the functionality and appearance of the office. You will be working with a local team, playing an active role in all aspects to ensure the smoothness of office operation.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating office services, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities. You will handle tasks such as ordering and restocking office supplies, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring that all office equipment is in good working condition. Additionally, you will be responsible for reception duties, handling overall Client Service Team support including printing and binding, as well as office insurance management, managing office vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that all services are delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner as well as oversee team performance.
As an Office Services Coordinator, you will be the key contact person for all office-related inquiries and requests. You will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with employees, internal clients, and external stakeholders. Your ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and work under pressure will be essential in managing competing demands and meeting deadlines.

Your Growth
You will be based in our Seoul office and will be part of our Office Services Team. The team is responsible for providing various office services, including reception and front-of-house duties, print production, event coordination and hospitality, mail and courier services, purchasing, and facilities maintenance.
Our office services team is an administrative ‘all-rounder,’ providing excellent customer support across the firm. As the OSC, you will work closely with other team members to deliver administrative support services as lead operator to ensure highest quality services and smooth operations.
Your qualifications and skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (4-year university graduate)
- Must be a Korean native speaker
- 5+ years of reception/facility/site management experience, ideally in a professional services environment
- Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively
- Ability to communicate effectively–both verbally and in writing–in English as well as the local office language
- Ownership for administrative tasks; ability to work independently
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Expertise in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook; ability to learn other applications
- Outstanding efficiency and effectiveness of administrative processes
- Ability to expand role beyond responsive support to proactive contributions; strong initiative and positive attitude
- Effective problem-solving and project management skills
- Excitement to cultivate strong relationships with clients and colleagues; energized by working in a collaborative team environment
- Excellent judgment/decision-making skills; high tolerance for ambiguity
- Flexibility to work additional overtime occasionally required, particularly for events and reception backups
