Your Impact

As a Junior Capabilities and Insights Analyst, you will play a crucial role in assisting consultants and clients by gathering, summarizing, analyzing, and synthesizing information to address specific business challenges.

You will conduct primary and secondary research using proprietary and third-party data sources. You will manage day-to-day workflow with a focus on the Telecommunications, Media, and Technology (TMT) domain.

You will also prepare findings in the form of client-ready deliverables, such as PowerPoint presentations and Excel models, collaborate with our global team to share and build knowledge, best practices, and innovative ideas, as well as codify knowledge and support the continuous improvement of our knowledge operations through special projects, both with client teams and independently.

In addition, you will develop expertise in a specific area within the high-tech, telecommunications & media sector and leverage this knowledge on consulting and knowledge projects.

Your Growth

You will be based in our Taipei office, part of our Client Capabilities Network for the TMT practice. You will join a global team of over 60 colleagues across 20 different offices in the Americas, Europe, and Asia.

Our global Client Capabilities Network is dedicated to delivering distinctive client impact through assets and expertise, driven by a culture of innovation. We work closely with consultants and clients to generate unique insights and proprietary knowledge.

Your qualifications and skills

Master’s or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with an excellent academic record
Strong interest in high tech/telecom/media and related industries, particularly trends and key players in the industry
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills
Solid understanding of financial, economic, and general business concepts and terminology
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and impact your work
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, including rapid problem-solving with teams, either in person or over the phone
Demonstrated research experience in an academic or business setting
Good command of English, both written and spoken
