Your qualifications and skills
- Bachelor’s degree required (advanced degree preferred)
- 4+ years of benefit plan administration experience including knowledge of pertinent federal and state regulations, HIPAA, ERISA, ACA, and COBRA
- Superb analytical skills and problem-solving ability
- Intellectual curiosity, resourceful, ability to learn new concepts
- Personal initiative with the ability to identify gaps and develop solutions
- Ability to independently manage global programs, lead projects, and connect with broader stakeholders when appropriate
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, including high proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
