- Engineering degree
- Strong proficiency in Excel (including vlookup, index-match, pivots). Proficiency of macros, array functions, and PowerPoint will be an added bonus
- Understanding of and interest in purchasing, sourcing and saving opportunity identification
- Solid problem-solving capabilities, including the ability to disaggregate issues, identify root causes and recommend solutions
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong written/verbal communications skills
- [Nice to have] Knowledge on variety of procurement technologies and sourcing solutions like Ariba, Zycus, Jaggaer, ScoutRFP, Coupa, TradeExtensions, Bravo solution, Ivalua, SynerTrade etc. and deep expertise is a huge plus
- [Nice to have] Exposure to cutting edge procurement topics such as spend analysis and digital sourcing will be an advantage
- [Nice to have] Coding, Keelvar, statistics or data analysis background. These skills will help you learn the digital tools faster
