You will work in our Prague office as part of the Global IT Provisioning Capabilities team. This team operates across all regions 24/5 focusing on ordering, provisioning, and tracking of software licenses ensuring compliance.
Your Impact
- Oversee software provisioning end-to-end: Manage the entire software provisioning process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- Engage with internal teams: Order and track software products, serving as the primary point of contact for internal teams
- Provide expert advice: Act as a subject matter expert, offering guidance to the Coordination team, end users, and product owners
- Ensure compliance: Monitor and enforce compliance for all software products installed on workstations and servers
- Optimize cost-effectiveness: Determine and implement the most cost-effective services and products to maximize return on investment (RoI) and avoid over/under licensing
- Vendor engagement: Collaborate with vendors to implement solutions that align with our environment
- Identify and address gaps: Identify gaps and opportunities in tools, collaborate with developers to create stories, test, and implement solutions
- Act as product owner: Serve as the product owner for dedicated products and services, ensuring their successful management and deployment
- Automate processes: Assess current processes and automate wherever possible to enhance efficiency
- Improve license management: Identify opportunities to improve the management and cost efficiency of existing licenses and contracts
- Ensure smooth operations: Maintain smooth operations, identify and resolve issues, and act as a subject matter expert and backup in case of shortages
- Maintain GHD Software Troubleshoot issues, develop, implement, document, maintain, and measure core operations processes
- Monitor operations metrics: Establish and monitor operations metrics, tools, and reporting to ensure continuous improvement
- Resolve service gaps: Identify service gaps and issues, engaging the right people to find and implement solutions
- This role demands meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage the extensive tracking and administrative tasks efficiently, ensuring smooth operations within the software team and across the serviced regions.

Your qualifications and skills
- University degree or equivalent experience
- Fluent knowledge of English both verbal and written
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- 2 years of hands-on experience in a customer-centric or a coordination role
- Previous experience in account management is a plus
- Outstanding customer orientation and service attitude combined with a high level of professionalism
- Strong talent for coordination tasks with sense for urgency and attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong self-organization
- Ability to adjust and flexibly respond to changing requirement
- Strong process orientation and interest in developing and optimizing processes
