- Bachelor’s degree; master's or industry certifications
- 2+ years of professional experience relevant to designing and executing change and/or adoption programs within the firm or for technology products or services (or similar experience)
- Change Management Certification is a plus (ProSci Certification)
- Strong written communications skills
- Demonstrated experience managing relationships with multiple stakeholder groups, including senior leaders
- Deep knowledge of communication strategies and approaches
- Familiarity with agile and scrum rituals, research and research communities
- Excellent interpersonal skills; strong listener and problem-solver
- Ability to persuade and influence others
- Ability to quickly grasp range of complex business issues
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly process complex information and present it clearly and simply
- Ability to function effectively and diplomatically within a fast-paced, non-hierarchical professional service partnership
- Flexibility to perform duties in a professional office settings, as necessary and required (post pandemic)
- Availability to work evenings or weekends, as required
