To enhance the office experience and improve ways of working, you will build and refine processes, including implementing new technology solutions.
You will maintain the physical office space by supervising internal staff, external contractors, vendors, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with contracts, and conducting quality control inspections.
You will work closely with building management on all aspects of facilities administration and forecast space requirements based on the office’s growth strategy. Collaborating with the firm’s real estate team and leadership, you will contribute to space acquisition and lease negotiations.
Your responsibilities will also include overseeing construction efforts, such as negotiating architect and construction contracts, managing budgets, leading design teams, and supervising build-outs. You will proactively anticipate and address potential issues with external suppliers, independently manage external workers through onboarding and training, and negotiate effectively with vendors to mitigate risks on behalf of the firm.
