Your Impact
You will be part of a collaborative team of five finance professionals, each bringing a unique blend of skills and experience to the team. Together, you will collaborate closely to achieve shared goals and drive success in various financial operations.
In this position, you will take an active role in managing a range of responsibilities related to general accounting and treasury functions. Your contributions will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial processes, as well as supporting the smooth execution of treasury activities.
Additionally, you will have the opportunity to support the growth and development of the shared services center team. Through mentorship, guidance, and collaboration, you will help foster a culture of continuous learning and professional advancement. Your efforts will not only strengthen the capabilities of the team but also contribute to building a more robust and effective finance function for the organization.
Key responsibilities will include:
- General Accounting & Treasury:Take ownership of general accounting tasks, including managing bank accounts, performing reconciliations, and addressing annual internal audit requests.
- Shared Services Support:Act as a key point of contact for our shared services center, verifying daily activities, coaching team members, and sharing your expertise on local GAAP requirements to enhance their professional knowledge.
- Reporting & Analysis: Structure and manage recurring reporting processes, gathering and analyzing financial information to support decision-making.

Your qualifications and skills
- University degree, Accounting/Finance preferred
- 5+ years of professional experience in Accounting, ideally gained in an Accounting, Consulting, or Audit firm
- Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Demonstrated accountability, a sense of ownership, and the ability to meet deadlines effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including familiarity with its key functions
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Italian is mandatory
