Your Impact

Based in our San Jose, Costa Rica office, you will play a pivotal role as a recruiter within our dynamic recruiting team.
While your primary focus will be on the Americas market, you will collaborate with colleagues across the globe to attract top talent from diverse industries and geographies.
You will lead the development and execution of innovative talent attraction strategies that align with our firm’s objectives.
You will identify and source distinctive talent, create targeted outreach strategies, and explore new ways to engage with candidates.
You will be utilizing platforms such as LinkedIn and other social media tools, your expertise in direct sourcing, talent mapping, and industry research will be critical in identifying the best candidates for our firm.
Your role will encompass screening applications, guiding qualified candidates through our assessment process, conducting interviews, and providing clarity on role expectations candidates.
You will be instrumental in delivering a positive and seamless experience for all involved.

Your qualifications and skills

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting, ideally in an executive search firm, with familiarity in Southeast Asian markets and talent mapping
  • Proficient in the use of LinkedIn and other social media platforms for direct sourcing
  • Experience in managing recruiting logistics, including immigration and relocation matters
  • Excellent organization capabilities, including the ability to initiate tasks independently and see them through to completion
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Koreon, with the ability to adjust your style to suit different perspectives and seniority levels
  • Proficient in rational decision making based on data, facts, and logical reasoning
  • Ability to create work product-focused materials / outputs, which may include PowerPoint decks, Excel models, articles, or other written deliverables
  • Exceptional time management to meet your responsibilities in a complex and largely autonomous work environment
