Senior Implementation Facilitator - Marketing & Sales Practice

You will help clients build capabilities in delivery and execution, both during business assessment phase and after our strategic recommendations have been made.

Your qualifications and skills
- 1+ years of marketing and sales-related business experience
- Intellectual curiosity, strong problem solving and analytical capability
- Solid understanding of economic, financial, and general business concepts
- Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
- Experience in change management and/or continuous improvement role
- Industry experience in consumer goods / retail / automotive / building material is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Track record of increasingly more senior responsibilities in digital marketing, direct to consumer channel, E-marketing customer loyalty and customer relationship management, brand proposition management, product management, sales and channel management (B2B2C and B2B sales), pricing, marketing spend effectiveness, marketing ROI and branding effectiveness, pricing and trade spend optimization
