Your Impact

You will be part of our Experienced Professional recruiting team, co-located with other recruiters in one of our locations in Europe – Munich, Lisbon, or Wroclaw. Our vibrant team of recruiters across the region are managing the complex and diverse requirements for our various Practices who are hiring Expert Management Consultants from industry and consulting backgrounds.
You will be collaborating with other recruiting teams across the region and with colleagues across various functions (i.e. HR, Professional Development and Learning).
You will work closely with seasoned Experienced Professional recruiters, gaining valuable experience from day one on the full 360 recruitment approach at McKinsey. From crafting sourcing strategies to cultivating candidates, managing their selection and evaluation and you will gain insights on identifying top talent for our firm.
You will engage in a wide array of recruiting topics and lead your own projects from the get-go. This includes managing events, executing marketing activities, direct sourcing via our internal CRM and external platforms, managing recruiting systems, candidate screening and coaching.
You will have the opportunity to gain new skills and build on existing strengths. Our recruiters enjoy exceptional training as well as ongoing coaching and mentoring, both from the recruiting team and internal leaders/stakeholders, with the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across a variety of functions.

Your qualifications and skills

  • University degree: degree in a human resources-related discipline is an advantage
  • Ideally, previous experience in HR or Recruiting
  • Excellent organization capabilities, including the ability to initiate tasks independently and see them through to completion, with a keen attention to detail
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and work independently when needed
  • Ability to communicate effectively – both verbally and in writing in English. Fluency in French, German, Spanish or Portuguese preferred, any other European languages advantageous
