Do you want to work on complex and pressing challenges—the kind that bring together curious, ambitious, and determined leaders who strive to become better every day? If this sounds like you, you’ve come to the right place.

Your Impact

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a small team within the Accounts Payable process, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of invoices and the closure of sub-ledger books for assigned offices or regions.
You will play a key role in maintaining high standards and meeting Service Level Agreements consistently.
Approximately 40% of your time will be dedicated to hands-on invoice processing, ensuring adherence to agreed service levels and quality benchmarks.
You will also be empowered to analyze processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and elevate customer satisfaction.
As part of your growth, you will develop and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), regularly review them with functional leadership, and take ownership of driving measurable outcomes.
Collaboration is key to success in this role. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
You will also have the chance to facilitate functional training for team members, ensuring they are well-equipped to perform their roles. Additionally, you will take responsibility for keeping policy changes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) up to date.
Finally, you will gain valuable experience in managing transitions end-to-end, from due diligence and planning to knowledge transfer, implementation, and process stabilization—developing your leadership and project management skills along the way.
