Knowledge Analyst - Panorama Financial Institutions Insights & Consulting (PFIC)
Who You'll Work With
You will work in our Tokyo or Osaka office and will be part of the Panorama Financial Institutions Insights and Consulting team (PFIC).
PFIC is one of the largest knowledge and analytics teams globally and part of the Financial Institutes Group (FIG) practice, with 190+ members and a global footprint across 20+ locations, focusing on financial services domains, e.g., Retail banking, Corporate & Investment Banking, Wealth & Asset Management, Fintech and Insurance.
What You'll Do
You will work together with client project teams to help serve clients on financial services related topics.
This will involve working on client engagements to solve client business problems. In this regard you may be involved as part of the client project team, working on a specific workstream within your areas of expertise, as well as providing short-term support for delivering key insights on content-focused questions.
You will be expected to drive analyses and share unique insights with client project team and also directly with clients, as required. Additionally, you will support the development of the cell’s content expertise (assets, knowledge, tools) as well as support client development efforts as required.
Over time you will be expected to develop expertise in a specific area and drive research and development of new knowledge in this as well as contribute to broader knowledge development and proprietary assets. Additionally, you would need to contribute as an active member of the PFIC community and develop relationships around the globe to build on your knowledge and provide support to the broader network as needed.

Qualifications
- Undergraduate or Master’s degree
- Relevant work experience with financial services player
- Strong understanding of banking/ insurance concepts and knowledge of financial products and services
- Very strong problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional attitude and service orientation
- Willing to work in a highly demanding and result-oriented team environment
- Entrepreneurial and self-starters who enjoy the challenges and rewards of working in a dynamic and changing environment.
- Fluent English and Japanese, both written and verbal
