Role Overview:
The Service Delivery Assistant will manage various IT-related, assets, facilities, and housekeeping concerns of the site. The assistant is expected to collaborate with PMSPI’s employees, production team members, and vendors for support on their concerns such as but not limited to billings, payments, deliveries, rules implementation, and continuous improvement purposes. The administrator will report to the Service Deliver Senior Advisor/Manager
Key Deliverables
Efficiently respond to various service requests such as (but not limited to):
IT-Related Concerns - Software/Hardware troubleshooting, Software/Hardware configuration, Software/Hardware installation and upgrade, Asset Issuance
Facilities and Housekeeping - Asset repair, Office Supplies and Tools requests, Maintenance Service Report (site management)
Onboarding - Access Badge printing and enrollment, Distribution list enrollment
Manage Facilities and Site Assets
IT Asset and facilities tracker management
Management of gate pass and office memos
Support on-going projects as needed
Stakeholder Management
Answer promptly the IT-related queries from PMSPI employees
Collaborate with the Local HR team and/or production teams for the needs of the site to facilitate effective service delivery
Coordinate with third-party vendors
Educate and implement Local and Global company policies and house rules
Identify continuous improvement initiatives within Pearson Management Service Philippines Inc.

Essential Skills/Experience
Prior knowledge of working within an HR Operations / IT / Facilities is a plus
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Organized and ability to prioritize workload
Ability to build relationships with overseas/remote and local teams
Think critically, to recognize/anticipate a problem (technical, operational, process, organizational), and to identify and implement best solutions in a timely manner
Microsoft tools knowledge would be beneficial
Can collaborate
Diligent in BAU processes and key deliverables
Can work in a flexible schedule
Perform other tasks as assigned
