[Job Summary]
Our company is seeking a highly motivated sales professional to promote and sell R.test product to schools and districts and other potential B2B partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding and network of the K-12 education market, as well as a proven track record of sales success.
- Develop and execute a sales plan to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through research, networking, and cold calling
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers, highlighting the benefits and features of our test preparation products and services
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in schools and districts, including administrators, teachers, and guidance counselors
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer success, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive offerings to inform sales strategies and product development
- Attend conferences and events to promote R.test and build industry relationships
- Bachelor’s degree in business, education, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in K-12 education sales, preferably in the test preparation market
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
- Knowledge of K-12 education market trends and challenges
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as needed
