The Opportunity:
Strategic Search and Market Analysis
- Autonomously develop and execute compelling search strategies in close partnership with Consultants, continuously refining approaches to achieve optimal client outcomes.
- Identify and assess potential prospects through thorough market research and rigorous evaluation, ensuring a strong cultural and competency fit for each assignment.
- Produce comprehensive and insightful reports on target companies, market sources, and candidates, ensuring all relevant intelligence is meticulously captured in RRA’s database.
- Actively maintain up-to-date awareness of the Financial Services industry dynamics, leadership changes, and emerging trends, sharing relevant insights with the team to shape and inform search strategies.
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with clients, candidates, and colleagues, representing RRA credibly and supporting Consultants throughout the entire search process.
- Proactively generates market intelligence by identifying and addressing emerging trends and opportunities, and creates supporting materials for pitches, client presentations, and business development opportunities to inform strategic decision-making.
- Confidently manage multiple projects, balance multiple projects efficiently, consistently meet deadlines and clearly communicate progress and priorities to all stakeholders.
- Leverage domain expertise, digital tools, and technology to enhance research quality, improve project outcomes, and strengthen RRA’s market position.
- Contribute to client and internal meetings, adding value through well-informed perspectives and thoughtful analyses.

- Champion the use and application of new technologies, including AI automation and visualization tools to enhance search innovation and improve outcomes
- Responsible for managing all research and client data securely and efficiently using the latest available technology to thoroughly capture valuable insights.
The Candidate:
Appropriate business experience, post degree, in a commercial or business-related role. This role would have included a data-gathering and analysis element or in the research function of a related practice of a top tier executive search firm.

Education
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree from an accredited Institution
Technical Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact credibly with individuals at all organizational levels.
- Highly skilled in active listening and synthesizing extensive information to offer valuable perspectives.
- Excellent writing skills for producing quality documentation for clients.
- Familiarity with or interest in emerging technologies such as data visualization, automation, AI-based research tools, and prompt engineering.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a clear interest in and openness to learning new digital technologies, AI solutions, and research platforms.
- Strong command of the English language (written and spoken), and an excellent command of German will also be required.
