The role
As a Researcher, you'll play a central role throughout the executive search process. Working alongside consultants, you'll help define search strategies, map markets, identify exceptional leadership talent and provide the insights that shape critical hiring decisions.
This is an intellectually demanding role combining analytical thinking, commercial understanding and relationship-building. You'll work closely with clients, candidates and colleagues across our global firm while developing a deep understanding of industries, organizations and leadership.
What you'll do
- Develop executive search strategies together with consultants
- Map industries and identify outstanding executive talent
- Assess candidates through research, interviews and market intelligence
- Produce high-quality insights for clients and business development
- Collaborate with colleagues across RRA's international network
- Leverage AI, research platforms and digital tools to enhance research quality and efficiency
Who we're looking for
You are curious, analytical and motivated by solving complex business challenges. You enjoy understanding markets, organizations and people, and you're comfortable engaging with senior executives.
We're particularly interested in candidates with:
- 3-6 years of experience in executive search, talent acquisition, management consulting or another analytical professional services environment
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
- Commercial curiosity and sound judgement
- The ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights
- A collaborative mindset and high attention to detail
- Fluency in Danish and English
- A Business Master's degree or equivalent academic background
