As the Group Manager of Video Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies to grow our YouTube channel global audience, increase engagement, drive revenue through monetization opportunities, enable video content production that resonates with our audience, and drive customer testimonials to enhance brand credibility and trust. This is a strategic and high-visibility role where you will lead a talented team of professionals, and collaborate with colleagues and senior executives from across the company.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for YouTube channel growth and revenue generation, aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a 15 member team of YouTube channel specialists, including content creators, editors, motion graphic artists, and analysts to achieve growth and revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and trends in the YouTube ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and monetizable video content tailored to our target audience.
  • Optimize video content for SEO and audience engagement to increase visibility and watch time.
  • Oversee the monetization strategy for the YouTube channel, including ad revenue, driving relevant traffic to the website
  • Implement best practices for audience development, including audience retention, subscriber acquisition, and community engagement.
  • Analyze YouTube analytics and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of channel growth and revenue strategies, and adjust tactics accordingly.
  • Develop partnerships and collaborations with influencers, brands, and other YouTube creators to expand reach and drive revenue opportunities.
  • Stay informed about YouTube platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry trends to adapt strategies and maintain competitiveness.
  • Curate and showcase customer video testimonials across various marketing channels, including the YouTube channel, website, social media platforms, and advertising campaigns, to enhance brand credibility and trust.

Who you are:

  • 5+ years of experience in Video Marketing
  • Proven track record of growing YouTube channel
  • Solid understanding of content development, storytelling. Experience in short form video content will be a plus
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team, foster collaboration, and drive results
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform decision-making
