Position – Senior Associate – Talent Acquisition (Lateral Hiring Team)

Role Descriptions:-

This role involves active participation in the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying potential candidates to conducting interviews and coordinating the hiring process. The ideal candidate for this role should possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for identifying top talent, and the ability to effectively collaborate with various teams to fulfill staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and Outreach:
      • Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to identify potential candidates.
      • Conduct initial outreach to prospective candidates and communicate the organization’s values, culture, and job opportunities.
  • Candidate Screening:
      • Review resumes and applications to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and suitability for specific positions.
      • Conduct phone screenings to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and alignment with job requirements.
  • Interviewing and Evaluation:
      • Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual, with candidates.
      • Collaborate with hiring managers and teams to gather feedback on candidates and proceed with the final selection process
  • Candidate Experience:
    • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
    • Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates at all stages of the process.
  • Market Research:
    • Stay updated on industry trends, market compensation, and recruitment best practices to help the organization remain competitive in attracting top talent.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 4+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive and professional attitude with a genuine passion for finding and engaging with top talent.
