Position – Senior Associate – Talent Acquisition (Lateral Hiring Team)
Role Descriptions:-
This role involves active participation in the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying potential candidates to conducting interviews and coordinating the hiring process. The ideal candidate for this role should possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for identifying top talent, and the ability to effectively collaborate with various teams to fulfill staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and Outreach:

- Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct initial outreach to prospective candidates and communicate the organization’s values, culture, and job opportunities.

- Candidate Screening:

- Review resumes and applications to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and suitability for specific positions.
- Conduct phone screenings to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and alignment with job requirements.

- Interviewing and Evaluation:

- Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual, with candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and teams to gather feedback on candidates and proceed with the final selection process

- Candidate Experience:

- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates at all stages of the process.
- Market Research:

- Stay updated on industry trends, market compensation, and recruitment best practices to help the organization remain competitive in attracting top talent.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 4+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive and professional attitude with a genuine passion for finding and engaging with top talent.
