Title: Senior Analyst: Accounts Receivable

Location: Bangalore

Shift: 10 AM-7 PM

Job Description:

The Accounts Receivable Coordinator position is a full-time employment opportunity. Reporting

to the Accounts Receivable Manager, the Accounts Receivable Coordinator is a full-time position

located. The Accounts Receivable (A/R) Coordinator will work with the A/R team monitoring

B2B customer accounts through regular billing, debit notes, credit notes, and payment processes.

Duties and responsibilities include Revenue closure, collection posting, account adjustments,

billing and collecting payments from customers, account reconciliations, TDS receivable,

balance confirmation procedures and various reporting.

Essential Job Duties:

● B2B Invoice / Invoice/ Debit Note/Credit Note

● Collection accounting

● Revenue accounting including updation of SalesForce

● Customer & Sales team interaction concerning billing and payment inquiries

● Account reconciliations and support and Audit requirement

● Compile, prepare, and analyze monthly reports in support of A/R operations

Minimum Requirements:

● At least 3 years of related accounts receivable (A/R) experience and a general

understanding of accounting

● Must be detail-oriented, and possess outstanding organizational and time management skills

● Ability to work with stringent deadlines and confidential information related to customer

accounts.

● Intermediate experience with MS Excel Excellent verbal and written communication

skills with customer service orientation

● Participate as an active member of the institution’s AR team and ensure active

communication and a cohesive working environment

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred
