Duration: 6 months (Paid Internship – 35K PM)

Simplilearn is a leading online learning platform that provides professional and certification training courses in various domains. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Product Growth division as an Intern. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of product growth and develop a deep understanding of the higher education sector in Data, Technology, and Digital leadership segments.


1. Competition Benchmarking: Conduct thorough research and analysis of competitors in the higher education sector, focusing on Data, Technology, and Digital leadership segments. Identify key market trends, strategies, and opportunities for growth.

2. Website: Review website content, UI/UX, and communications to ensure alignment with the brand, products, and optimal user experience. Maintain a consistent, intuitive, brand-appropriate experience across all user touchpoints.

3. Secondary Research: Perform comprehensive secondary research on the higher education sector, including industry reports, market analysis, and academic publications. Gather insights and data to support decision-making processes.

4. Data/Business Analysis: Analyze internal and external data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for product growth. Generate actionable insights and recommendations to improve product performance and customer experience.

5. Cross-functional coordination: Collaborate with various teams, including product managers, category heads, curriculum developers, website developers, and marketing teams. Ensure smooth coordination for new program launches, curriculum amendments, website updates, and marketing campaigns.

6. Marketing Insights: Assist in gathering and analyzing marketing data to identify customer preferences, behavior, and market trends. Provide insights to optimize marketing strategies and campaigns.


– Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

– Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data effectively.

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

– Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

– Prior experience in data analysis, market research, or product management is a plus.


– Gain hands-on experience in product growth and the higher education sector.

– Work directly with product managers and category heads, receiving mentorship and guidance.

– Exposure to all functions within the company, providing a holistic understanding of the business.
