The opportunity

Unity is looking for a Software Engineer to join our Offerwall Reporting engineering team! We are a small team focused on accurate and reliable delivery of metrics to our internal and external partners, to report on and improve the performance of ad campaigns within the Offerwall product line.

You will learn how to build and deploy processing services with high availability and reliability, and to improve efficiency of delivery as you grow. You will partner with Data Science teams, Partner and Dashboard teams, with Product, to deliver on improvements to these systems. We're here to offer the opportunity for growth in technical expertise, as well as in breadth of understanding of how to deliver coordinated and integrated services to improve business insights.

What you’ll be doing

• Writing testable code to compute and store metrics from acquired events
• Writing code to provide metrics via service APIs
• Learning how to answer client questions on developing queries
• Learning how to diagnose and repair service interruptions
• Learning how to evaluate metric delivery for more efficiency

What we’re looking for

• Experience with ETL
• Experience with Ruby and/or Python
• Experience with SQL and/or GraphQL

You might also have

• Experience with AWS and/or GCP
• Experience with Airflow
• Experience with online advertising technologies
