Unity is looking for a versatile Senior Integration Developer/Architect to join our multifaceted IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing sophisticated integration solutions that seamlessly connect various systems and applications within our organization.

This role is responsible for supporting Enterprise technologies used by the IT Team. As a key member of the Enterprise Technology team, you will own the design and architecture of integration and automation solutions, provide technical expertise, and collaborate with multi-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient integration solutions. Your deep understanding of integration patterns, APIs, and best practices will be crucial in optimizing the orchestration workflows and supporting our business processes!

• Define and capture requirements, conduct design sessions for technical solutions. Enable teams to self serve their integration/automation needs.
• Design and architect integrations in various business areas such as GTM, Finance, HR and Legal and communicate optimally with internal teams, business partners
• Develop, test, and document integration solutions and data migration elements of business applications in the CPQ, CRM, ERP, HRIS domains
• Build integration strategy based on principles of reusability, security, scalability and quality.
• Experience facilitating application integration architecture discussions and workshops and breaking down customer/user experiences from functional requirements into technical requirements.

• Expertise in developing application integration solutions using tools such as Workato, Zapier, Tray.io, MuleSoft, on cloud service providers like AWS/Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and approaches (APIs, Microservices, File based integration, Pub/Sub, Batch, Streaming, etc.).
• Knowledge of integration capabilities of applications like Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, Zuora, etc. and knowledge of advanced troubleshooting techniques in integration layer and across these systems.
• Experience with SOA, RPA (Automation Anywhere/UiPath), BPA (Camunda), Microservices and API Management technologies and automating business processes like Order to Cash, Procure to Pay or Hire to Retire

• Certified developer/architect in any of the iPaaS platforms (i.e. Workato, MuleSoft etc.)
• Adopt new technologies and work with various tools and technologies to achieve desired functionality in integration/automations space. Ability to program in at least one of the following: Node.js, Python, SQL, Ruby and experience in process flow orchestration using Salesforce flows
