The opportunity

We are looking for an Account Executive to join Unity Grow Sales Team in Korea!

Unity Grow Team helps app developers turn their apps into scalable, successful businesses. We power the app economy, helping mobile content creators prosper with a leading business platform designed to turn any app into a business. We help customers focus on what they do best - enabling their business expansion in the app economy.

In this position, you will proactively build action plans to further Unity Grow's sales strategies and work closely with internal and external partners. It is vital for this role to clearly understand the goals, strategies, and needs of clients to build and expand client relations at multiple levels.

What you’ll be doing 

  • Consistently deliver net-new revenue exceeding quota by providing value to our prospects and customers with Grow's solutions, including LevelPlay mediation platform, Tapjoy offerwall, and 3 networks across the growth cycle from monetization to UA marketing
  • Drive full sales cycle from outbound lead generation, and negotiation to successful deal closing by adopting a proven sales technique and process, but also unhesitant trying untraditional sales methods
  • Become an expert in Unity Grow's platforms and solutions, and be able to act as a consultant to contribute to the successful business of developers of all verticals (gaming, finance, entertainment, etc.)
  • Accurately analyze mobile market trends and developer's data, identify new business opportunities from potential key verticals and develop go-to-market strategies, anticipate prospect's needs, and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Initiate cross-functional activities by collaborating with the Marketing team to generate sales leads, and supporting the Partnership team in driving revenue from key accounts

What we’re looking for

  • Sufficient Sales Experience in IT-related fields
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a strong business sense
  • Strong communication skills in both Korean and English
  • Ability to work autonomously and with a team in a proactive manner
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate insight and action plans

You might also have

  • Ability to independently plan, organize, and prioritize multiple sales initiatives, project, and performance objectives
  • Experience dealing with highly technical service and interacting with decision-makers from diverse teams and levels
