The opportunity
The gaming industry has evolved from a retail model to games as a live service where Unity plays a critical role in helping developers successfully acquire, engage, and monetize their users. As a Growth Partnership Manager, you will leverage our advertising and monetization platform to optimize key strategic gaming accounts, driving revenue growth through data analytics and strategic insight. This role demands a high level of communication skills, data analysis, upselling skills and a deep understanding of our clients activities.
We are looking for a Growth Partnership Manager who will be responsible for managing existing accounts with day-to-day communication, building strong relationships, and setting up growth & up-sell strategies. Additionally, the Growth Partnership Manager will integrate new advertisers, and work with internal and external parties to ensure that technical and performance-related issues are handled quickly and appropriately with publishers.
This position focuses on building strong relationships to increase growth accounts, up-selling, performance analysis, technical support, and optimization.
What you'll be doing
- Achieve business growth targets and become an expert for Unity solutions for businesses and adapt changes quickly to suit varying client needs (this role should have ability to manage three ad networks: ironSource, Tapjoy and Unity Ads).
- Build strategic partnership, maximize business opportunities for all clients.
- Analyze data, trends and account performance, and develop account plans for clients to support their business success.
- Contribute strategically to the growth and direction of our products, strategies and services.
What we're looking for
- Have a deep understanding and rich experience in mobile advertising/game publishing/E-commerce/internet industry.
- Experience in developing and pitching solutions over the telephone, email, and face-to-face meetings to clients. A track record of successful upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
- Self-directed, motivated, and driven performer with exceptional multi-tasking abilities toward goals.Be able to adapt to a fast changing market and rapidly growing company.
- Comfortable working with details in data driven and being responsible for accuracy.
- Ability to speak and write in English and Mandarin fluently.
You might also have
- Experience of leading/owning projects independently and cross-team collaboration will be good additions.
- Skills of data analysis with fluent use of Excel/Powerpoint or Google deck would be an advantage.
- Proficiency in acquisition and monetization will be considered a plus.
